Whether you’re teaching origami, bricklaying, or Photoshop for Dummies, AMP Events will contract the right amount of space for your program and the right amount of time to set up and tear down all your equipment. Once that's done, we'll design you a room layout that works for your group's needs.

 

Even if your venue isn’t accustomed to hosting a Flame Broiling 101 exhibition, we take care of logistics, partnering with venue crews to make sure your classroom setup matches your vision - sparks and all. We also work with the local fire marshal and other entities that have oversight of your meeting space to ensure compliance with local regulations and venue rules, so there are no unfortunate last-minute surprises or shut downs due to infractions.

 

Whether you have a training that requires power for 200 computers AND the 200 computers, water hookups for a cooking demonstration, a particular type of work area or work surface, special tables and seating, rental equipment, special lighting, the right mics and sound system for your presenters and audience Q & A, production and camera support for image magnification of onstage demonstrations, or post-event audience assessment surveys, we can help. And if you need transport to take your attendees off-site for facility tours, we can provide that too.
