In order for us to tailor solutions to your company, you’ll need to have the following information
ready for your Meeting Makeover appointment:
  • The name of your company
  • Some background information on your company/business
  • Your name, business address, phone number and email address
  • The purpose of your last meeting/event
  • City, state, and country where the meeting/event was held
  • The venue where your meeting/event was held - hotel, convention center, etc.
  • The number of attendees
  • Information about your attendees - general demographics - gender, age, education, background, geographical area of
    origin and connection to your company - are they employees, independent contractors, suppliers and business partners,     association members, the general public, etc.
  • An overview of what happened at your meeting/event and what you wanted to accomplish
  • General budget information
  • General agenda information
  • Areas where you felt the meeting/event was successful
  • Challenges or areas of the meeting/event that didn’t go as planned
  • Aspects of the meeting you’d do differently next time around.

 

We’ll ask you questions and really listen to your answers. We’d love to hear as much as you’d like to tell us.
